I would recommend this book. I love this book. It has great simple recipes progressing to more complex ones as you become more adept at using certain methods and ingredients. My 15 year old daughter loves to create her bakes by herself so easy to follow without disaster.

It also does a great job at explaining methods and measurements in the beginning so that you are familiar with some of the more complex processes. Overall a great book to get anyone into baking and does it in a fun way . It had fun and simple recipes for everyone.
