This is it covering a full size double bed. I decided to get a weighted blanket after doing some online research. Then more recently I had been experiencing insomnia where I would toss and turn for hours hearing my partner's snoring.

I was about to call my doctor and ask for help sleeping but I thought I'd try this blanket first, and thank god I did. ) there is a down side to having these blankets and that is now no one wants to get out of bed in the morning !

Some of these are over €150! Someone said about not sleeping in it because you’ll get achey after a few days - please listen to that person instead of thinking you know better, I wish I did haha! I have always struggled to drift off and it would usually take me at least an hour to fall asleep.

I would high recommend this to anyone. Well now everyone in my house has one! The weight is pretty heavy and it's filled with tiny sand- like glass beads. Put the blanket on immediately and it feels SO nice 😍 10/10 recommend!

I shared one with my wife but as she kept stealing it off my side we now have one each she has a 6kg one which is “fab” and we both sleep really well as a result of having one each ( added bonus it traps those sneaky little lady pumps in her side as we have separate duvets! I also noticed my sleep quality improving. Due to its size it's gonna be difficult to find a cover for as it's bigger than a standard single duvet.
