The media could not be loaded. Azura from Support-VacLife was so helpful and resolve my issue. Tried to troubleshoot a few possible options via email. The vacuum was good for cleaning the car.

The suction power is decent. Photos before and after. The new vac works perfectly has great power the light is bright and the attachments useful.

Unfortunately, the front plastic section cracked within 8 months of light use in the kitchen. All good.

The build quality is great, it's a lot more powerful than expected this vac is a keeper. I was offered a refund or replacement and chose replacement which came on a very efficient next day delivery. The customer service team were very helpful and immediately shipped me a new part when I contacted them. ***** They did get back to me and have replaced the item.
