They have great bass response wish the tweeters had a little bit better crossover but you can get them adjusted for a very clear sound. Wish I had done it sooner.

:-) The sound from them are very clear I used the alpine KTP-445U 45x4 amplifier for the components and the rear speakers also witch are alpine also 5 1/4 2 way and have the amp set at half way.
I would recommend this component set if your wanting a clean sound for more power I would recommend the type r component set. Used these to replace some older speakers and are working great! These are a great component set for the money.
