I bought several cookbooks last year and this is the one I use the most. So far this has been great, delicious recipes that are easy to make and don’t require too many strange or expensive ingredients - and healthy too! So far I've made the broccoli pad thai, the paneer kofta and the ginger and spring onion and noodles and every one turned out perfectly.

Cooked the bao buns so far and they turned out lovely and fluffy. This incredible cookbook is a staple in our household, discovered thanks to some friends who made us the doriyaki pancakes with blueberry mascarpone. I enjoy that the book has a lot of photos - almost every recipe has an accompanying picture - as this means you can get an idea of what you're aiming for! Great recipes with most ingredients being easily accessible.
