P! It stays in powder form in the freezer - just take what you want and let it reach room temperature before using. Plus the price was reasonable, so I brought a spare packet for myself.

It is certainly better value than small packets, and after a few more trials if I'm still happy I will keep buying this instead. She IMMEDIATELY replied and suggested i just add the yeast to the dry ingredients, and try that wayAs you can see from the photos I produced PERFECT results. I bought this yeast, after finding it almost impossible to find any stocked in any supermarket since the Covid19 outbreak. I have used this yeast so far to make Pizza dough and Naan bread dough, I USE IT DRY and in the bread maker to make the dough.

Bit of salt, bit of sugar, 15g olive oil and 300ml water. With bread, always use flour well before use by date and make sure it’s EXTRA strong bread flour for loaves. Smells great when kneading and tastes lovely.

It just means that you have to know what you are doing. It arrived on time, packaging was vacuum sealed, looks the same as Allinson's.

so I decided to try this instead. 🤪 got the Panasonic bread maker out, the 400g recipe I use requires 3/4 teaspoon yeast, 200g whole meal flour, 200g white flour.

I've used it twice now and the rise is better than the sachets of dries yeast. I have used for all different types of bread - bloomer, focaccia, Pitta and evening brioche. So I added about 1/4 of a crushed 1000mg Vitamin C tablet to the recipe, and got much better results (see second photo).
