I'm already looking forward to their next job in baking and cooking! I remove the foil and the beads and put the dough back in the oven until the end of cooking. The jar received contains exactly 694 g of pearls.

Once cold, the spheres can be used again. I use a layer of baking or parchment paper between the beans and pastry too which has produced good results with minimal fuss and cleaning.

For the moment, I have not found better. In a buttered pan, I place the dough (shortbread in this case), prick it with a fork, cover it with buttered baking paper (dough side) and scatter the pearls there. So it cooks better and I like it cooked well. My dish is a pretty large 27.
