The book was shipped directly from publisher. I loved it, only that I ordered the soft paste so I lined it with contact paper to protect it because it's very delicate. Regardless of the format hearing answers to how and why people, things, and events affect thoughts and behaviors gives you room to choose the ones you really want for yourself.
