This did not cure it - a trip to A&E did . It is the size it says but because of the shape of it that measurement is giving you its size at its extremes. Really, really like this pillow. Very happy with my purchase!

I love the versatility of the design and how easy it is to find a comfortable position to lie in no matter the orientation of the pillow. The second pillow is for show, I sleep just with it & it helps with my back & my neck. Out-classed the Marnur pillow by a long chalk.

! You’re unlikely to regret it. I placed a thin cushion under it last night and had the best nights sleep I’ve had in an age! It’s funny that small changes in position and support can improve comfort considerably.

YES ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I bought it and was skeptical but it definitely does the job👍🏼No more painful neck in the morning, the shape takes a little getting used to. I find it much more comfortable than many more expensive pillows I have tried, both for back and side sleeping. This Elviros pillow, by contrast, self-inflated to its lovely, tight form in less than 20mins. It’s a great pillow.
