Unfortunately, either they were stored or shipped in a environment that was too warm and they were all melted. I know it wasn't on my front porch long enough to melt as I collected them minutes after delivery since my last order was either lost, delivered to an address similar to mine (i hate it when they use USPS to ship packages) or stolen.
I love British chocolates. I only order them during the winter so that they don't melt before they get to me.
