I was looking for something totally different and these pens came up. The colours I received are a good selection of basics, exactly as shown in the stock image above, namely:🔸 YELLOW🔸 ORANGE🔸 RED🔸 PINK🔸 PURPLE🔸 BLUE🔸 LIME🔸 DARK GREEN🔸 BROWN🔸 BLACK.

Never had any issues with stabilo stationary , really enjoy the highlighters so having high hopes for these pens! The pens are comfortable in hand and lovely to write with without any scratchiness or feathering on the paper quality I tend to favour for this sort of work.

Most of the ink colours match the colours of the pen caps however a few inks are darker than the cap and one pen has a very dark green cap but the ink is a bright turquoise/teal colour. The barrel colour is the easily recognised ORANGE-YELLOW colour, with the trademark WHITE stripes. A lot of people commented on how 'scratchy' they were, but I have found that not pressing too hard gives a smooth colouring. They arrived in a plastic pocket which is adequate if you only have this set, I have 3 sets of pens now and brought myself a tin to store them all in.

The pens are comfortable to hold. Various sized sets are available and it is worth noting that the 'Stabilo Point 88® fineliner' can be purchased singly at good stationery outlets, offering a good chance to 'try it & see'.

Overall, though, these pens are a great addition to a pen/pencil collection for adult colouring in and enable tremendous detail to be tackled. A few of the colours in this pack are very similar mostly in the blues.

They come up looking like normal colours, apart from the vivid yellow. I don't know how long this pack will last me but in the past some of these pens have lasted me nearly 2 years when using them almost daily. Very good pack of pens. 5 cm in length and the ventilated cap & opposite end indicate the ink colour, which is also coded on the barrel, along with:🔸 STABILO® Point 88 🔸 Fine 0.
