After 7 years of use , it looks poor, but keeps tea hot so no complains. Cannot fault it. 100% satisfied

Better design in terms of durability needed. Does the job of keeping tea scalding hot Hot/cold 24 hours is accurate; liquid is still hot after this time. Rubber bands that are on top and bottom tends to keep moist (after cleaning) and that started paint flaking.

Great thermos as usual from the proper brand. But it was worth it, comfortable, functional, and good price for the quality it offers. Stailess steel cup cover detached after couple of months. Had mine for years and it's been absolutely reliable, a really good old stick.
