It includes the tool and detailed techniques on how to navigate the world of property investment. Beyond that, there is also plenty of hints and tips to turn a first time properly investor into a serious business person in the property industry. So much so that I recently purchased a copy as a Christmas present for my brother too.

If you want a no nonsense guide to how to successfully invest in property, then this is the book for you! I would highly recommend this book. As you can probably tell by all of the markers that I've inserted into my copy of the book, I learnt lots of valuable tips from this book. It provides a good overview of all the main strategies and uses case studies to demonstrate the magic of property.
