These throat fans are not too light (slide down) but not too heavy either. I like it and would buy it again.

! So now rather than having a sudden hot flash causing your Dior n Chanel to merely slide off off your face to trickle into your bra you can pop this beauty on and be blown up around your neck n face keeping you relatively comfortable, yes you’ll still sweat but it might dry and you may not want to pass out or kill anyone. It is actually practical and molds well to the neck although it is a little heavy. It is also very good that it does not pull in any hair and no stiff neck.

Use this and you can channel your menopausal rage as a superpower, and be that elderly primate who can still cook mid hot flush, in fact you’ll enjoy this so much you’ll show off n be wanting a home sauna… absolute life changer. The media could not be loaded. Glad I bought this used it yesterday when it was very hot. After receiving the neck fan and having tried and tested it, I can say that: PRO- • three speeds of use and power • the least powerful and the intermediate enough silent • gives you a nice relief immediately • fabulous design, everyone asks me what music I listen to :-) CONS- • the most powerful mode is slightly noisy and can be annoying when used for many hours • unfortunately not adjustable (as for musical headphones, and for me who have a little bigger neck it is a little uncomfortable • the power is good but the radius is only towards the bottom of the face for which it only refreshes the neck.

Great idea ! Good luck fellow sufferers, at least it’s not thrush. I was hoping that the wind was a little stronger and that it would also take air out of the heads and not only from the holes, it is somewhat noisy but I consider that for the cost this good.

I think I'll take it with me this summer to the beach. Great, those throat fans. I just received the item 10mins ago and I have tried it immediate and it is working perfectly, however, I have noticed a small crack (see photo). I’ve only needed to use it I’m on the first setting and the noise is barely noticeable unless you’re on the highest setting.
