Pretty good handling all the top games with usually high/ultra high settings. Shame that the 0. Would highly recommend. It's 40-50% slower than the GTX 970, but it's half the price and would serve those wishing to play most newly released games on high setting.

Its fairly slim (well MUCH slimmer than my 7970) which gives plenty of "breathing" space in a small chassis and its excellent in PSU power demands. The GTX 970 is the best in the 9xx series of cards, primarily because of the performance at the price point. P - Price (10/10)The price for this card is fair judging by the performance. Overall it's a great card.

One quick reboot and the card was up to date, fully recognised by the system and ready to rock. Worth getting if you don't want to fork out on the GTX 980. Im a big gamer and its pretty much all my pc is used for so having great graphics is very important but also i want value for money, this pleases me on both accounts. This is a solid mid-range card and performs better in games than my AMD R9 270.

Now that might put off some potential buyers because of the low 'bling" factor of the card. The 970 is your hero, and MSI have done well with their finishing touches on the card. Using HWmonitor, i see the card gets max temp hits around 60degC, the fans must come alive and reduce the tempsThis card needs its own power supply, anyone using corsair modular PSU , there is a lead in the corsair box which plugs straight from the PSU to the GPU.

Bang for buck is far superior over the likes of the GTX980, and would recommend this. If you can't wait though, and are after a 9xx series card. Heat:Heat is a massive issue with graphics cards.
