The adaptor is light weight and has a handy clip on it but with 5 Amp battery fitted the combined weight is considerable and the clip would probably only ensure the adaptor and battery wouldn’t fall out of trouser pocket, for example, rather than keep it fully secure. Awesome bit of kit Working absolutely fine, plus fast delivery all credit goes to Amazon There is an on/off switch and with a battery fitted, two phones connected and with the switch moved to ‘on’ I could verify the adaptor worked and both phones were being charged.

But since I do have a Makita battery, I fitted it and tested my purchase. That didn't happened yet as it brings my phone about 15 % back on every 30min break while browsing internet. That’s about all there is to it. I've good experience with Makita battery life and pleased with charging times.
