I found this product. I would not have purchased a 14 ounce for $12. However, I thought that it would be bigger in size.

It has a 2 year expiration date from the production date. The size was too small for its price. The clumping when mixing and flavor by itself are why I took off one star.

I compared it to a new can of Peak. not good for long term food storage in this condition. My last Peak test was at five years expired.

Can came without a lid and was dented on the side of the can . Product tastes really good .

I’ve only tasted it with room temperature water so maybe the taste will be better after it’s been refrigerated. The expired Peak milk (prepared) did have a distinct flavor and aftertaste different from the fresh sample. I love this whole milk powder.

It is more affordable than buying whole milk plain yogurt by the quart! If you are worried about holding this product a year or so beyond the use by date, Don't be. I produce long term food storage experiments.

However I've tried mixing it per the instructions of using previously boiled water to just make a glass of milk to mix into a shake. It doesn't taste all that great.
