Looks good, got it for my wife as a gift. Idgie and Ruth’s relationship was such a lovely thing. The characters reminded me so much of my grandparents, and it definitely made me choke up more than once.

I have always loved the movie but never sat down to read the book and let me tell you, I will read this again and again. I may or may not still be crying with a big old grin across my face. There is such sweet humor throughout the whole book, cute little town bulletins, tall tales, and honestly, it was such a feel good book.

Oh my heavens this book was a magical little thing. I’ll be in Whistle Stop again real soon.
