When Ruby finds a worry, she just tries to ignore it until it almost consumes everything around her, no one else can see Ruby’s worry, not her family nor her school mates or teachers. Definitely a great book for children learning about their emotions. Only reason why I've knocked a star off is because the book and package was damaged. I love using this book in my class it really helps students to understand their emotions!

The illustrations are gorgeous and I have read this book to my daughter several times and she loves it. This book is lovely and has helped my daughter to understand that having anxiety is normal but how yo cope. This book conveys a really important message in the most delightfully simple way. This book is a must read for children of all ages parents should definitely introduce this book to their little ones.

Then one day she finds a boy sitting on a bench alone, but he is not really alone, he too also has a worry with him. This is an absolutely gem of a storybook. .
