They’re quite clearly professionals who know their subject intimately but more than that, you can tell they are Mums, that they’ve been there, and that they genuinely care. I’ve been following these sisters on their Instagram page enjoying their energy and their unwavering ethos.
Love to Sleep offers kindness and love on every page. After feeling permanently exhausted I’m actually excited for this new chapter for my family. My fears and misunderstandings of sleep training being some sort of regimented torture have been completely dispelled! I’ll be recommending the book to all my mummy friends and think it would make a thoughtful gift for a baby shower or new baby.
