I would absolutely recommend this book. This book has 365 short, insightful daily reads/meditations you can start or end your day with. I read them every night, but it would be better to do so in the morning. So much sweetness and tenderness!

This book is mostly focused on meditation and mindfulness, but the prompts are applicable to so much more. Very inspiring and helps open up the heart chakra.
