! But I can’t stop there, I struggled with constipation due to medications I’m on and these are keeping me regular for the first time in what feels like forever. Maltitol does not seem to negatively affect us, and these gummies appear to be doing their job. Thank you BeLive for making something amazing at affordable prices!

It is a bit chewy so if you have braces or dentures be aware that you may have trouble with it pulling. First off usually products that say “sugar free” have junk artificial additives to sweeten them but BeLive Fiber doesn’t and most importantly it still tastes amazing! Description notes 3g of fiber but label on bottle notes 1.
