The instructions are great, it comes with under-desk and wall mounting hardware. The range of adjustment and weight capacity are perfect for modern PCs.

The base is solid (what is screwed to the desk), but I think what basically holds the tower could be a bit beefier (what's under the tower - basically the hook on the underside. It's been mounted under my desk for about a month now and so far no issues.
