I guess both are as bad for the sugar fix, but the caramel tastes so much nicer. Having a bottle of this around is like having an ace up your sleeve when it comes to your cocktail game. I'm looking forward to experimenting with this in cocktails and as toppings on ice creams too.

I've had a variety of Nespresso coffee machines over the years but weirdly didn't think to buy syrups to pimp them up. The dispenser is great, but my only gripe with it is that the pump stands so tall off the bottle, it only just fits on the worktop under the kitchen cupboards.

I'm not a gin lover but this stuff has opened my eyes to the splendor of the Army&Navy cocktail. My motto is, if you're gonna be naughty. The foam is so nice you could just eat it with a spoon.
