It’s a great first stop for anyone with back problems. It’s a short book which could be read cover to cover in a day but does require a certain amount of effort to put into practice.

The exercises themselves are very easy to adopt at home and there’s no need for special requirements. A very informative book with lots of exercises to do. I found the explanations within the book especially helpful as they talk through the anatomy of your spine and how certain actions and movements can cause problems. This was recommended by a physician who is trying to help me with my sciatic nerve.
