Came with great Duracell batteries which was really makes the price point hard to beat. The Sinugator itself. It is a little heavy and cumbersome, but that is because I'm used to holding just the "wand" (tip) of the Sinupulse machine I also have.

I no longer need to use any regular prescribed treatments, not very effective, and I’m doing much better for using regular daily nasal irrigation. I would be wary about doing this too often, when I’m in a bad way I might increase this up to three times in a day at most, as over use might lead to producing excessive mucous. When I mentioned to my doctor that I use a sinus rinse daily he was quick to comment how it is more effective than antibiotics for most people. Being an "all in one" type device it is also a little restrictive in how you can position your head and lean as the machine itself has t o remain upright to ensure that all the liquid is used when it is running.

Repeating the process for each nostril is fine except, as mentioned, this machine has to be kept upright to ensure that all the contents goes where it is needed. The build quality of the Sinugator seemed adequate for the job.
