This is an excellent sugar substitute which can be used 1:1 swap for sugar in recipes and bakes well. I am very happy with the sweetener. For the price you would think they could do better.

Sweet! I love using it for Keto Mug Cakes and it tastes wonderful however there are two things I really hate . Made keto cupcake icing with this. It does have a interesting smell in the bag.

So tasty on French toast w/ stevia maple syrup. Theres a little bit of an aftertaste but nothing unbearable. There is nothing to dislike about this product!
