I've got this product in a 30m length in my backyard for about 5yrs now and it's never failed, always easy to use and handy to have. The media could not be loaded. Reliability, I hope, with the 5-year warranty, but for now it's perfect. With a 10mm drill bit managed to secure it and will not move for "shizzle"

Having taken the advice of another customer i replaced the existing supplied screws / wall plugs with 10mm nylon plugs and 6mm screws from Homebase. I purchased this for my front yard as I got tired of manually winding up the hose after every water. The pipes are no longer lying around in the garden! Great brand and product.

I have been reading plenty of negative reviews on here about the hose reel dropping due to poor supplied screws and plug. Definitely recommend ! This hozelock auto reel is compact tidy and so easy to use and put away
