After this valuable book a lot of my childhood memories come out. Happy to get it.

Highly recommended as Hong Kong’s freedoms are being encroached at this very moment. With hindsight, ex-governor Lord Chris Patten revisits his custodianship of Hong Kong in this genuine recollection of his encounters with the Communist regime. A bit disappointed.

Actually, I am happy to get the book. The honest opinion of his observations over the Hong Kong populace is carefully crafted and one could be easily moved by his love towards the Pearl of the Orient after reading. The book is excellent quality.
