Our Granddaughter has a book each night and now with this sitting on her shelf she keeps picking it up to take over to her parents to read to her. She loves dinosaurs so it's a lovely book about a dinosaur who makes brand new friends but they have little rows, and then learn how to play nice. It has bright pictures and colours which keeps the child engaged and I think this would be the perfect book for 1-5 year old's.
The accompanying drawings are also totally appropriate and cute. Super easy to read aloud.
This helps younger children make sense and understand feelings with can be quite difficult to do, I did also notice there were a few more after this too. My 3 year old Granddaughter has really been enjoying this book. My Granddaughter has just started pre-school so this has been perfect to us to read to her to help her understand how she can play, make friends and learn how to share.
