It was a family friend who got this as a present and I have to say there was almost an obsession with it for around three months and even subsequently it was a popular choice with my son especially. And the tiny worker people really add good humour.

One for preschoolers but the illustrations are excellent and it’s a very original take on two things that many kids enjoy. He can’t read obviously but he has memorized all the words even the little funny phrases and names of all the dinosaur construction vehicles.

Loads of bright colours and simply fantastic illustration. But this book, it’s even a wonder it’s still in one piece! My son is 3. I think I’ve read it to him every day since he has gotten it.

The book showcases 12 hypothetical ‘Diggersaurs’ which are creatures combining Dinosaur like elements with Digger like characteristics. 5 years old and loved books since day one. Can't wait for the next one by this author. Must buy for any little book worm especially dinosaur lover!

The book looks and feels great and I wouldn’t hesitate to give it a strong recommendation and five stars. A rrrrrRRRROARING good read. Will be buying the whole series. While the enthusiasm for construction vehicles and trucks and diggers lasted until maybe the age of 4 in my son’s case, I would never have had the idea to actually combine the two quite literally, as Author and illustrator Michael Whaite has done in this book, the first in the Diggersaurs series.
