Candle Burning Instructions

Our diffusers are made with a vegan and cruelty free non-hazardous oil base. Our wax based products at The Candle Brand are created using our own blend of coconut and rapeseed oils, handmade by the Brand family in Norfolk. To get the best out of your candle it is not advisable to burn for any longer than 4 hours at the one time and do not leave the candle unattended. How to use: When you light the candle for the first time, let it burn for at least 2 hours so that the top layer can melt for an even burn. Our fragrance oils are produced by the UK's top fragrance house - Do not touch a lit candle or move whilst lit - Place on a heat resistant surface - Never burn the candle to the very bottom of the jar, leave at least 1cm of wax - Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time - Keep out of reach of children and pets and away from draughts - Keep a burning candle away from any materials that could catch fire, such as furniture, clothing, bedding, curtains etc Soy Wax, made from soy beans, is fully biodegradable, renewable and environmentally a better alternative to paraffin wax candles. Caution: Never leave a burning candle unsupervised. Ginger & Lemongrass: These beautiful essential oils are known to induce a peaceful relaxing mindset that will help you focus and bring clarity to your day.

We recommend the following candle care tips to get the best results from your Parkminster candle.

• trim the wick a little each time before burning
• In the event that your candle wick starts to smoke, extinguish your candle, allow the wax to cool and set, trim it, and then relight it – never trim a burning candle.
• do not burn for more than 2-4 hours at a time
• Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches and debris.
• Burn your candle for at least 1 hour each time, making sure the wax melts all the way to the edge of the container to prevent tunneling.
• allow the candle to burn to the rim to create a full melt pool
• if the flame flickers blow out, allow to cool and trim the wick
• Trim candle wick to 5mm (1/4") before each burn.
