It arrived very fast too The Advent Calendar arrives with two sides that fold down, and in the middle is the doll, hidden in a cylindrical tube - she should be the last to be opened! Once pulled off, if you wish each doors can be slotted into the base creating a snowy scene.

My 3 year old loves barbie and she will be so excited to open these up at christmas time. In addition, Barbie is magically covered in glitter and reveals herself only in hot water like her pet! When it's time to get the doll out of the tube (I found this extremely hard to open), she needs to be dunked in water - basically you are washing silver water-based paint off her - to reveal a purple top and blue and white hair - the hair piece can be pushed into a hole in the back of her head, and the earrings pushed in. And to recover, I had Barbie Revel open on the 25th as a first gift because Christmas wouldn't have had the same magic with all the other gifts!

With the dog which also needs dunking I resorted to warm water and a nail brush! I bought when they went on sale.

Assuming that because of the post office and not the usual super reliable couriers, the package arrived on December 2 when the advent has begun, but then the quality, the vastness of the accessories and the final beauty of Barbie with the amazement in my daughter's eyes solved the delay. A winning idea because then every dress and accessory was added with super enthusiasm to Barbie every day.

Comes with a colour magic doll, colour magic pet and loads of accessories. We have only opened 13 days so far, but really awesome so far. They are so fun and the barbie is so cool looking with fun accessories. I loved this barbie, it has many very cute accessories, it was a lot of fun for my daughter to go uncovering windows to take out each of the things, I was lucky that the box arrived in good condition
