I am a diagnosed level 2 autistic and disability activist and I love this book. 'My review: What. These days, things do seem much better, but I could relate to some of Chloe’s experiences of her school days. When I read this book I cried and I laughed because it was like you lived my same life, you knew how difficult it was but you kept looking for you happily ever after.

She was eventually diagnosed with autism and ADHD, but before then, she wasn’t quite sure what was going on and tried to find where, and how, she could fit in. I wanted to highlight chunks of text to remind myself of the powerful messages Chloe has for us all. This is a book that I will come back to again & again.

Chloe did a fantastic job capturing so many issues those with neurodivergencies and in particular autism and ADHD face and had many great ideas for strategies to help us cope. Whether you're neurodivergent or supporting those who are, Different, Not Less will inspire you to create a more inclusive world where everyone feels like they belong. An empowering guide to celebrating and supporting neurodivergence.

This book is such a breath of fresh air. The taglines:'A neurodivergent's guide to embracing your true self and finding your happily ever after' By Chloé Hayden.

All in all love this book and highly recommend it to autistic teens and adults as well as parents and teachers of autistic kids and teens. I found Chapter 3 particularly enlightening. It's also thanks to you that I finally received my autism diagnosis. Don't let anyone silence you, let's create a new 'normal' - we are all amazing wonderful people!
