”I got this book for my daughter, who is 9. Opens up conversations about growing up too, which is fab. “I liked learning about puberty, it’s very educational and interesting. She is really pleased with the book.

She wanted to write her own review on it, so has done so above! Recommended! I thought she might be a bit young for it, but she is very interested in how things are going to change for her, and about periods etc. So far there has been nothing in it that she hasn’t understood.
It's really handy for what’s happening in the future. This book is very cleverly written - gets their attention and makes them want to read about growing up, and how normal everything is they are experiencing.
Everything is explained in a really simple, matter-of-fact and non-scary way. Would definitely recommend this - my daughter was engrossed and enjoyed it. It is all very positive, and focuses on how great our bodies are, self-esteem and confidence.
