The STC-1000 is programmed for 29'C, the element will heat 0. It hasn't been working long enough to gauge reliability, but to date, temperature is spot on.

Serious and professional seller. I recommend it. Since the element does not cool down immediately, the temperature will rise to 30'C and then go down again.
