The media could not be loaded. The material is firm but enables you to get to trigger points that may be causing issues. They are very light and offer a fairly hard (but not too hard) level of firmness.

A storage bag is included which is useful as it keeps them tidily in one place. They are also extremely easy to wipe down - thus keep clean and sweat free! 50 (at time of reveiwing), these are good value for money and I'm hoping, with simply 5-10mins a day, will help alleviate some painful knots.

At £14. All in all, at under £15 they are comparable in price to many others, and they don't seem bad value given the additional benefits of the training videos and guide.

Peanut balls can improve blood flow to the muscles and can allow for active stretching done deeper into the muscles, reducing the risk of injury after exercise. Some of the foam rollers can be a little uncomfortable if they are too rigid. My partner tested this item.

In this set you get an 8cm trigger point massage ball, an 8cm duoball, and a 12cm duoball, all of which are surprisingly lightweight and so easy to use. The first thing you notice when getting these out of the packaging is how light they are. Please seek medical advice first if you have a injury and want to start self help exercises. It also improves the connective tissue structure around the muscles.
