It's not a fun purchase but a necessary one! I've been using this vacuum daily for over 2 years, I'm still in love.

The suction is adjustable but low works great on the floors. Who would have thought someone could get excited about a vacuum cleaner! I have bamboo flooring and vinyl through out the 2700 Sq ft house with a few large throw rugs. If I had to complain I'd say it would be nice to have on board attachment storage but that's not a deal breaker for me.

If you stop pushing it slows down the motor, saving battery power, and when you push it the motor speeds up. I use high for the carpets but that kills the battery faster.

This vacuum is awesome in picking up dog hair from my two dogs. If you have a lots of carpets it may not be for you.

I also had a shark corded vacuum but hated that it was corded. I find that I have to wash all the filters after cleaning the whole house because they look clogged, and it makes me feel like it's doing a much better job with very use.

It works good on the throw carpets but wouldn't be good for wall to wall carpet. Just drill little hole in to the plastic so that it will fit in the vacuum. I empty it every 3 rooms.
