I have fairly average hands and the only thing I’d say which could improve the product is by making the stretch between the two handles bigger. The product is very sturdy and easy to use. Use them everyday at least 10 times

So far I've had no issues at all. The choice of kg is great for strengthening your hands over a period of time. I like this product.

Its good for grip and forearm strength training, the price is reasonable and it looks and feels well made. Bought this as a cheaper version of it broke. But this is only a small inconvenience and isn't overly uncomfortable.

Seems pretty sturdy and think it will last a while. Would thoroughly recommend for the price if you're looking to increase muscle mass around the forearms. I've been using for a few months now to work my forearms out as using a barbell was uncomfortable and didn't feel like it was targeting just my forearms enough. 99) so it is good value
