Quality, service, product and price all excellent. This product was great for what I needed, you need to be strong to use it as it's a little harsh on the fingers and a little awkward to use when the thing u are working on is in situe, but overall a very good piece of equipment especially as it has the punch built onto it so would highly recommend this, I installed 80 eyelets in just over an hour and they seem to be holding, picture enclosed At the front of where you put the eyelets on it, the part unfortunately hooks every time and does not lie up. It is easy to understand, first insert the holes for punching on the side, and then the eyelets.
