Steaming has always been the advice of my GP. I personally felt that these are too expensive for daily use.

You can't really expect these tablets to completely unblock your nose or at least not every time, but they did make a difference for me. You get 15 pcs in a bag and each one is wrapped in shiny paper.

She uses bath bombs in the bath so thought shower bombs may be a good idea too! Fifteen tablets are included in the bag and they are a good size, these shower steamer tablets would be beneficial to use especially if you had a cold, flu or blocked up nose, I found they cleared my head really well. They come in plastic packaging, re-sealable and waterproof.

The media could not be loaded. This means that if you drop a tablet in a bath like a bath bomb, the tablet will dissolve in no time.

Hopefully my review was Helpful for you. I have placed one of the tablets under the running water from the shower. I placed one on the shower floor and it dissolved slowly, i don't hang about in the shower, i am an in and out kind of girl, so the tablet hadn't dissolved by the time i exited so i ended up crushing the bit was that left between my fingers.

If the blocks aren't under strong water and you shower quick, they will last another shower. I got these on Vine review and you get 15 pcs for just under £30. Always feel less congested and my colds seem to clear quicker with less chesty coughs.
