The package is very nice but it only contains the pen and an AAAA battery, necessary for operation. ), sketch and draw. Excellent news also autonomy side, I have the pen with me now for some months and I have not yet had to replace the supplied batteries. The retail packaging is in classic Microsoft style, extremely minimal, and in addition to the pen also includes AAAA type stylus (Duracell) batteries, so you can't recharge your Surface Pen as happens, for example, with the Apple Pencil.
