Nice packing of product,sealed,feel myself great,after used it. These tablets did have a really strong smell when I opened them and I was concerned that they would have a strong taste as well, but the smell calmed down almost instantly and I couldn’t taste the tablet at all when I took it.

The media could not be loaded. It’s hard to get all the vitamins we need in our busy life’s and this is one step towards healthy wellbeing. The only thing I've found that helps is to take water into the mouth, pop the tablet in with that and then quickly gulp down more water (don't overfill). I always take multi vitamins and because I’ve suffered with anemia on and off for the past 10 years I alway try to find ones with added iron.

Not badly priced for 6 months supply, these easy to swallow tablets are perfect to include in your morning routine. The flat packaging is unusual but I think that it may catch on. amount of most included vitamins are slightly higher than recommended daily dose, but i believe it won’t affect muchit doesn’t contain minerals other than iron, just make sure you read the detail and not overlapping other daily supplement to overdose the same ingredienttablets are in easy size to swallow, no bad smell This is 6 months worth of essential multivitamins and the added bonus of iron.
