If you're into Greek Mythology then this book is a must. I plan on using this for drawing reference on drawing and sketching and the kids will have to write a report on a subject at least once in their school years and This book would help serve that purpose.

Even knowing that, I also knew I'd personally love it. It is published as a large format coffee-table sized book with thick, shiny pages that will hold up to endless hours of exploration. They will also meet some truly terrifying monsters; including the multiple-headed Hydra; Argos - the hundred-eyed giant; and Typhon - the most deadly creature of all.

It's simply a joy to turn the pages. This is not a very extensive encyclopedia of characters of the Greek myths.
