DISGRACEFUL Not even an acknowledgment or apology for the stress and disruption this caused me! My advice would be to be very cautious when first using this microwave, and take at least 30 seconds off of any cooking/microwaving times.

We are really pleased with this product, initially a little concerned it might be more of a yellow/brownish cream - however it is a lovely off white that looks slightly retro but sophisticated and modern at the same time. Was using it to heat porridge for 2mins 30 secs and it BURST into flames!

Nice looking easy to use digital cream microwave with no frills just does the job intended. Very pleased with this little microwave. This is a fantastic microwave, even after the fire the damage was minimal, the whole thing didn't set alight, it was easy to clean and it is still functioning to this day.

I have had most boxes delivered crushed or opened latley, customer service has totally lost my confidence and in future when buying anything I will shop elsewhere. Customer service certainly isn't what it used to be with Amazon.

Phoned RH. Works perfectly, easy to set up and use and it matches my kitchen! I decided to whack some popcorn in my new microwave for 2 minutes, this would have been an ideal timing in any other microwave. Not complicated at all ,easy use .
