The Mock Meat Menchi Katsu (fried vegan patties) are very tasty, Jackfruit Karaage has a sriracha/sesame/sake marinade. JapanEasy is approachable, has easy directions and lots of photos. I swapped the beansprouts for Chinese yam and added some brocolli and carrots. Looking forward to making loads more.

This book is a revelation for those who think vegan recipes can't possibly taste good. Easy going which is nice :) And most importantly, he jokes around! I love the pictures too!
