In the meantime, half the school class has followed our model 😂. It comes with a small container you can put sauce in or use to separate food with. Even with the strap on, they still move around a bit if you’re too rough.

And it also says it is dishwasher friendly. It says french design but made in china, even if you buy monbento from their website it’s the same. I love doing my lunch in this, it is a ceremony in itself.

I like that my cutlery and lunch and snacks are all in one place. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to pack enough food in it, but it's just perfect, I can pack a satisfying lunch.

Absolutely loving it! Monbento actually makes thermoses for soup if you’d like to get one so you have a matching set. I got some rice moulds and cookie cutters to do so too. It says it is BPA free, so that’s good.

I found a thread that explained that it is only made in France if you live in France. What I love about this bento box is that there is a little bit of space on top where you can store your own utensils.

The way the two parts seal is great! It's bpa free unlike many cinesails sold on Amazon. I love the material, it is very soft.

Also: microwaving is perfect in it: the small holes let the steam escape, and the containers don't heat up, while the food does. I bought this to make cute bento lunches! My daughter's school lunch doesn't taste good, so we switched to the bento box. I had to find small ones that could fit, not all of them do.
