I would recommend using reduced sodium soy sauce or halving the amount of soy sauce used in the recipes. And his recipes did help towards me lose weight.

I have recipes that we use daily. I have most of the ingredients in the cupboard. I’ve done a few of Nathan’s recipes off his Instagram posts so had, had this book on pre-order since august, I was super excited to have it arrive today, it’s fabulous as a working mum with a autistic child who can be super picky there’s plenty of recipes I can make for him, it’s safe to say there’s not one recipe I won’t cook out this book (even if he won’t try them all I will lol) I’ve never been able to say that about a cook book before normally there’s about 1/4 of recipes I won’t make, it will be so nice to have more inspiration for meals I can throw on in the morning and come home to,The recipes are simple to follow and once you’ve got the herbs and spices you won’t have to buy much more other then meat and veg there’s no fancy or expensive ingredients, you also have the added bonus of how many calories are in each serving which is great for trying to be good to your self, well done Nathan on such a brilliant cook book if I could rate the book more then 5 stars i would

I've also doubled some of these recipes to make a bigger amount. This gives it extra flavour. I love it!
