Songs done in the early sixties on two tracks, instruments to the left, vocals to the right, and it sounds amazing. The outer box is reasonably attractive, but could have been a little sturdier.

The two hundred something page hardcover book is also one of the most high quality, well-presented pieces of artwork/literature I've ever seen. Well, to my amusement, I received the US pressing. The guys at Abbey Road knew what they were doing, they knew how to capture quality sound. There are videos on YouTube that help us know if the box set is original, I already checked and thankfully my box set is not a Chinese copy.

I highly recommend. Finally found a good price at Amazon CA but no way to tell whether this is European (Optimal) pressing or US (Rainbow) pressing from the order page. I love that the remastering was done from the original analogue tapes (except for two albums which were remastered from George Martin's stereo remixes, but those sound amazing as well), it gives the process the most chance to retain the depth of sound that only analogue can bring.
