Hex screw can be a challenge when changing bearings. 4 stars for now. Well made, choice of depth and SHARP. I made sure to give it a clean straight after use as I intend to use it quite heavily so I'd like it to last as long as possible.

I wanted one of these for my home workshop mainly for making frames and joints. Make sure you have enough clearance underneath when cutting thin pieces as you have to allow for the screw holding the bearing on. To insert plywood panels. I’ve never used one before but this worked really well.

Continuous use for about half hour and the edges are still sharp, results were consistent. Had to complete the job with a chisel obviously for the corners, sadly my chisel skills are lacking. As with all my router bits I'm planning to invest in my own sharpening capability. I tested the bit by rebating the tops and bottoms of some pine boxes I was making.
